Dane County Social Justice Youth Forum

Registration is OPEN for the Dane County Social Justice Youth Forum!   Registration deadline: April 1st

• Each district must be a member of DCEC to attend.  Each high school may send 6-7 students (this includes your SLB students).
• If there is room AFTER the April 1st deadline, we will open up spots for districts who wish to send more than 7.
• Each district may bring one advisor.  (Please contact me if you wish to bring 2).

All students, SLB and advisors must register.

On this page you will find the brochure, the registration form and the permission/media form.  All students attending need to have a parent/guardian fill out this form.

Advisors – if you need a separate form to release your students for the day, please create on your own for your high school.
